Presented and published a paper entitled “Women Empowerment: Gender Budgeting in India” in the ICSSR sponsored National Seminar held on 1stSeptember, 2018.

Presented and published a paper on a titled “Human Development in India with Special Reference to Women Empowerment” in a National Seminar held in the Heritage College by Department of Economics & Commerce in collaboration with Economic Research Unit, Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata on 18th&19th January, 2019.

Presented a paper entitled “India: Emerging perspective on Global Challenges” in a daylong National Seminar organized by the Department of Political Science and Dr. B.R.Ambedkar Studies Centre, Rabindra Bharati University on March06,2019.

Presented a paper entitled “A Study of Reporting the Extent of Cash Flow Disclosure by Companies Listed in Indian Stock Exchange” in the National Seminar organized by Department of Commerce (PG & UG), in collaboration with EIRC, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India held at the Bhawanipur Education Society College on 27th May.2019.

Presented a paper entitled “ Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) score on climate change: An Empirical Investigation on Indian Companies” in the 42ndAll India Accounting Conference & International Seminar on Accounting Education & Research held on 28th & 29th December, 2019.

Presented a paper on the topic “The Role of Micro Finance: A Study on Self Help Groups- Bank Linkage Programme in West Bengal” in the Two-Day International Conference on Emerging Issues in Finance and Banking, organized by tDepartment of Commerce, Surendranath Evening College held on 27th& 28th February 2020.

Presented a paper on the topic “Preference of Virtual Meeting Application during the Lockdown Period of Covid-19: A Survey of West Bengal” in a One-Day International Webinar on ‘E-Learning –Teaching Strategies and Teacher’s Stress in Post covid-19 sessions’ organized by Satyapriya Roy College of Education held on 3^rd July 2020.

Presented a paper on the topic “Dimensions of Financial Behaviour- A Review Process” in Two-Day International Seminar on Accounting Education & Research held on 29^th-30th October 2022.

Presented a paper on the topic “Dimensions of Financial Behaviour: A Review Process” in the 4^th Doctoral Colloquium 2022 organized by St. Xavier’s University, Kolkata held on 1^st July 2022.

Presented a paper on the topic “ A Review of various Dimensions towards Financial Behaviour of Individuals” in the Two-day International Conference,  organized by Fr. Lafont Centre for Excellence in Research and Innovation (LCERI) of St. Xavier’s University, Kolkata held on 3^rd and 4^th March 2022.

Completed M.Phil in Commerce and Pursuing Ph.D in Commerce.

1. Completed 50 hours of “Mentoring & Coaching Skills” with Grade A+ conducted by Ummeed.
2. Organized and acted as Speaker & Coordinator of an event on “Marketing Metamorphosis- A Break way from Tradition” in Bhawanipur Education Society College held on 9^th September 2022.
3. Acted as a Spot Evaluator under the University of Calcutta for answer scripts & scrutiny at B.Com Semester- VI (Honours) Examination, 2022.
4. Appointed as an ‘External Examiner’ for conducting B.Com (Hons) 6^th Semester COMPUTERIZED ACCOUNTING & E- FILLING Examination, 2022 at Umeschandra College forwarded by the University of
