RESEARCH ACTIVITIES

  • Research on Staggered Heterojunctions based on the basis of dielectric modulation, a heterojunction (HETJ) surrounding gate (SRG) tunnel field effect transistor (TFET) sensor .
  • Research on Staggered Heterojunctions application as a label-free biosensor based on the basis of dielectric modulation, a heterojunction (HETJ) surrounding gate (SRG) tunnel field effect transistor (TFET) biosensor .

REFRESHERS & ORIENTATION COURSES

1. Participated in a Two-week ISTE Workshop on ‘Analog Electronics’ at  Kalyani Govt. Engineering College conducted by Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur   through ICT (MHRD). ( 4th to 14th June, 2013).

2. Participated in AICTE sponsored two-week Faculty Development Program on  “EMBEDDED SYSTEMS AND ITS APPLICATIONS IN REAL LIFE PROBLEMS” at the  Kalyani Govt. Engineering College. ( 21st Oct. to 2nd Nov. 2013).

3. Participated in a Two-week ISTE STTP Workshop on ‘CMOS', Mixed Signal and  Radio Frequency VLSI Design’ at Kalyani Govt. Engineering College conducted by Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur through ICT (MHRD). (26th Dec. to 4th January, 2018)

ACHIEVEMENTS

1. Presented a model on ‘Sensor Project’ in the West Bengal State Science   Conference at Narendrapur Ramkrishna Mission through the  ‘18 th West Bengal State Science and Technology Congress.’ (28th Feb. 2011).

2. Presented models on ‘Gesture control Robotic Car’ and ‘WALL-E robot’ in the Scientific Model Competition in the 5th Regional Science and Technology Congress, 2022-23 held on 4th and 5th of January, 2023 at ‘Maulana Azad College, Kolkata.

3. Participate on ‘Poster competition’ in the celebration of ‘National Science Day 2023’ in the ‘East Calcutta Girls’ College, Lake Town’ in collaboration with ‘Heritage Institute of Technology, Kolkata, with the sponsored by ‘R.C.Bose center for Cryptology and security, ISI, Kolkata, ( 28th  February, 2023).

4. Except the above performance , I perform several duties for every year such as Head Examiner, Paper setter, Internal and External Examiner etc.
