C.U. Registration (On-Line) for the session 2018-19

Students of B.A, B.SC & B.COM 1st semester  classes are hereby directed to fill-up their C.U Registration form for registering their names for the session 2018-2019. Candidates of the above are hereby asked to fill-up C.U Registration form through online print out by putting his/her application No. & mobile no. [ at the time of filling up the application from].

Online C.U registration form fill-up will start from 03/08/18 at College website. www.surendranatheveningcollege.com

C.U Registration (Print out  form) Submission to college office as per following dates and time. 3.00 p.m. to 6.00p.m.

NOTE:-   The following documents are to be produced at the time depositing of C.U Registration form of Session -2018-2019.

1. Registration form print-out (2 copy)
2. Computerised money receipts.(Xerox)
3. 2copies stamp size photo. (If applicable)
4. 12th Admit & marksheet (Xerox).
5. Cast Certificate Xerox and original (If applicable)
6. Aadhaar card Xerox.

 

N.B :- No candidates shall be entertained after the expiry of the above mentions dates.
